Q & P Furniture Delivery and Returns Policy
At Q & P Furniture, we strive to provide a seamless experience from purchase to delivery. To ensure your satisfaction, we have outlined our delivery and returns policy below.
1. Quality Control
All items undergo rigorous quality checks before leaving our warehouse. If you notice any faults, please report them within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.
2. Delivery Options
· Standard Delivery: Large items are hand-delivered by a professional two-person team. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
· Delivery Prices: Charges depend on location. For distances beyond this, please contact us for pricing.
· Apartment and Multi-Story Deliveries: If you reside in an apartment above the ground floor, please inform us in advance. We may not be able to deliver large items without prior arrangements. If not disclosed, we will deliver to the nearest accessible point (e.g., building entrance).
o A £50 charge will apply if alternative delivery methods (e.g., hoisting through windows) are required due to size constraints.
3. Collection Option
For convenience, you may collect your items from our Q & P Furniture warehouse. Please contact us to schedule a pickup time.
4. Responsibility and Risk
Upon delivery, items become your property and responsibility. While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, we are not liable for damage or loss after delivery, except in the following cases:
· The item is faulty or damaged upon delivery (report within 24 hours with photos).
· The wrong item was delivered.
5. Product Faults and Returns
· Reporting Faults: If you receive a faulty product, please provide proof of damage within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it.
· Misuse: If a fault arises from misuse or improper handling, we will not be obligated to replace or refund the item.
6. Delivery Time Frames and Delays
While we aim to meet specified delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or supply chain disruptions) may cause delays. We will keep you informed of any issues. Custom-sized and specially coloured goods manufactured outside the UK may also experience shipping delays.
